Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not give cash, check or credit card refunds.  NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER PURCHASE. 

All sales prices listed on this invoice are FINAL regardless of circulars, coupons or store incentives presented after the time of sale.

Internet Sales are separate and distinct from Store sales. We do not price match any competitors from any internet site and or store, specifically including, but not limited, Urban links physical Location. 

LAYAWAY also known as Price-holds are valid for 90 days from date of initial deposit. After 90 days, price-holds will be considered void and price-hold deposits/payments will be considered store credit valid for a YEAR from the initial deposit date. Only AFTER restocking fee of 25% is deducted. 

Original store receipt or original purchase order WITH proof (proof being Store credit identification number that will be printed on invoice) of store credit is REQUIRED for redemption of the store credit. Urban Links is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or destroyed receipts.

Customer must take possession of all merchandise within 30 days of its paid-in-full date. After 30 days Price Busters will consider customer in breach of this sales contract and will no longer allow pick-up or delivery of said merchandise. However, a store credit for the amount paid will be valid for a YEAR ONLY AFTER A 25% restocking fee.

Urban Links only offer 30-day warranties on electronic televisions for defective devices that are no due to damages caused by anything else outside of manufacturing defects. Warranty must be presented at the time of replacement and must be Valid and non-expired. NO EXCEPTIONS. See warranty for more details on coverage. 

Urban Links does not offer guarantees or warranties on any merchandise.

Delivery and Pick-Up Policies

Urban Link outsources all deliveries to independent subcontractor including out of state deliveries and cannot guarantee delivery dates and times. In rare instances, delivery date and/or time may be subject to change without notice; in these instances, neither Urban Links nor its contracted delivery service will provide refunds or compensation of any kind. In extreme case, certain discounts may be issued towards next purchase at STORE OWNER DISCRETION and still MAY NOT BE GURANTEED.

Urban Links is not responsible for damage to or there of customer property or merchandise incurred during delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that an adult over the age of 18 is present at time of delivery to accept, inspect and sign for mer­chandise or merchandise will be considered non-deliverable, returned to our warehouse, and subject to 25% restocking & $80.00 re-delivery fees.

Neither Urban Links nor its contracted delivery service will refund fees for deliveries that do not fit or otherwise cannot be placed inside the delivery address and reserve the right to refuse delivery through other than customer's front door. Delivery will not be attempted if delivery path contains dan­gerous or other obstructions. At delivery service's discretion, deliveries may not be carried to upper or lower levels.

Neither Urban Links nor its contracted delivery service may open or assist in opening merchandise packaging for customer inspection at time of delivery or pick-up. we reserve the right to refuse assembly for any reason including but not limited to obstruction of workspace all pets must be secured at the time of assembly. Assembly is ONLY offered to in state residents at this time.

Customer should not accept or sign for merchandise deemed to be damaged at time of delivery or pick-up. Customer's signature on sales receipt constitutes acknowledgement by the customer that merchandise was received in full and in good condition and releases Urban Links from any and all further obligations to provide additional merchandise, accept returns or exchanges, or provide additional products, tools or services of any kind, due to any alleged shortages or damages discovered after customer signs this agreement.

At customer's request, Urban links can assist with loading picked-up merchandise into customer's vehicle but will not be responsible for damages to merchandise, vehicles, persons or personal property incurred during or after loading the merchandise. Urban Links reserve the right to decline assisting with vehicle loading in the event that it can be foreseen of any potential damage or injury.

LAYAWAYS POLICY/Out OF State Layaway Policies

Out of state purchase and deliveries are final and cannot be returned and can only be exchange when product is in processing stage. Once the merchandise has been shipped the order cannot be exchanged. Pricing may reflect new order exchanged items and the differences must be paid in full before the shipping of exchange merchandised. If exchanging for a lesser value item the remaining balance will be converted to store credit and will remain valid a YEAR from the credit date. 

Out of state layaway is available however merchandise will not be shipped until layaway is paid in full. If you reside out of the state of Maryland payments must be made directly to the store and must be phone payment ready. If you reside in California, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, the District of Columbia, and New York City have laws that may specify requirements regarding layaway deposits, meaning they could potentially require a certain amount for a layaway purchase; however, the exact details of these requirements vary significantly between states and localities. Please call the store directly to begin layaway.

Layaways can be cancelled but will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee which includes the 25% restocking fee and then issued as a store credit for future purchase that is valid for a YEAR from the cancellation date. Original purchase receipt or purchase invoice with the store credit identification number must be presented for future purchase, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Merchandise will begin processing when layaway is halfway paid and will be shipped when full payment is received. A one-time extension may be granted for an additional 2 weeks only. If layaway balance is not satisfied after the one-time extension, layaway order will be considered Cancelled and subjected to 35% cancellation fee and remaining will be converted to store credit. 

ALL STORE CREDIT NOT USED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME WILL BE CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID. URBAN LINKS WILL NOT RESTABLISH ANY STORE CREDIT NOT USED WITHIN THE YEAR OF ISSUANCE.
